Rockrete (ABN 29 430 372 055) operates this website. This page explains what we do with the information you give us through it, in plain terms.
What we collect
When you submit the quote request form on this website we collect the information you enter into it:
- Your first and last name
- Your mobile number
- Your email address, if you provide one
- The suburb the work is in
- The type and approximate size of the work you need
- Your preferred time to be contacted
We also record basic technical information alongside your enquiry — which page you arrived on, the website or advertisement that referred you, and whether you were on a phone, tablet or computer. This tells us which of our marketing is working. It does not identify you beyond the details you have already given us.
Why we collect it
We collect this information for one purpose: to contact you about the work you have enquired about, and to prepare a quote for it.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are sent to our customer management system, which is operated by our marketing provider on our behalf. Access is limited to us and to that provider.
This website is hosted by Vercel. Standard web server logs are kept by the host as part of running the site.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as we may reasonably need them for the job, for any warranty or dispute arising from it, and to meet our record-keeping obligations. If you ask us to delete your details and we are not required to keep them, we will.
Contacting you
If you submit an enquiry we will contact you about it by phone, SMS or email. That is the point of the form.
We may occasionally send you a message asking for feedback after a job is finished. You can tell us to stop at any time and we will.
Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact Viliami on 0448 035 058 or email pila_pongi@gmail.com.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Cookies
This website stores a small amount of information in your browser for the duration of your visit, so that if you arrived from an advertisement and then submit the form, we can tell which advertisement it was. It is cleared when you close your browser.
We do not currently run advertising or analytics tracking on this site.
